Fluval equipment turns up in more Southern Alberta tanks than any other brand, which means we keep a deep bench of spares rather than just the current models.

What matters when choosing

• Model number first. Fluval part fitment is specific — a 307 impeller is not a 407 impeller. The number is printed on the canister body.
• Turnover, not tank size. A heavily stocked 40 gallon needs more filter than a lightly stocked 55.
• Media is a running cost. Foam can be rinsed and reused for a long time; carbon and chemical media cannot.

We carry canister filters and spares, heaters, circulation and return pumps, skimmers, CO2 gear and aquascaping tools. If you have an older 04 or 05 series filter, ask — we often have parts that are no longer easy to find.
