Returns and Refunds

Dry goods — 30 days

Unopened dry goods may be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase, for a refund to your original payment method. Items must be in resalable condition in their original packaging. No restocking fee.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item was faulty or we sent you the wrong thing — in which case it's on us.

Not returnable

Live fish, plants and invertebrates — see our Livestock Guarantee instead
Opened food, medications and water treatments
Used equipment
Special orders

This isn't us being difficult. Anything that has been opened and gone into someone's aquarium can't safely go back on the shelf for the next customer's tank.

Faulty equipment

Covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Bring it in or contact us and we'll help you deal with the manufacturer — you don't have to work it out on your own.
