Red Sea

Red Sea is a marine aquarium brand covering salt mixes, test kits, supplements and complete reef systems. The item we carry comes from its coral care side.

Red Sea DipX is a coral dip used to treat newly acquired corals before they go into a display, targeting flatworms and other unwanted hitchhikers that arrive on frags and colonies.

Dipping is standard practice for reef keepers adding livestock from another tank or a wholesaler, and it is a great deal easier than removing a pest population once it has established itself in a display. Follow the contact time on the label and rinse before placing. Local pickup available in Lethbridge.

Salt mixes to go with it are on our Instant Ocean page.
