Silicone
Aquarium-safe silicone for sealing and repair work. This page currently holds a single product, NuFlex 333 aquarium silicone sealant in a 300 ml cartridge.
What matters
Only use silicone labelled aquarium safe. General construction sealants often contain mildewcides and other additives that are fine on bathroom tile and not fine in a fish tank. Preparation and cure are the second point: the old bead has to be cut out and the glass cleaned back to a bare surface, and the new seal needs to cure fully in air before the tank is filled, with the cartridge giving the time for your conditions.
Silicone is usually bought with a scraper blade and masking tape.
