We ship across Canada from our store in Lethbridge, Alberta.

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and vary by destination and carrier.
Free shipping does not apply to:
- Oversized and heavy items — bulk substrate, aquariums, stands, large filters and similar. These are marked on the product page and quoted separately at checkout.
- Northern and remote postal codes, where carrier surcharges apply. You'll see the cost before you pay, not after.
- Live fish, plants and invertebrates. Livestock has its own shipping terms, below.
Live fish, plants and invertebrates
Live animals ship Mondays and Wednesdays only, so nothing sits in a depot over a weekend.
We do not ship livestock to the Maritime provinces or the territories. Transit times to those regions are too long for us to send an animal in good conscience.
We ship live animals only when forecast temperatures along the route are safe. If conditions aren't right, we hold your order and contact you. Your order isn't cancelled — it goes out on the next suitable shipping day. We would rather tell you to wait than send you a fish that won't survive the trip.

Local pickup — free
1509 3 Ave S, Lethbridge, AB T1J 0K9. Choose local pickup at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours. Bring your order number.

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
