Fluval E Series Heater

An electronic aquarium heater that displays the actual water temperature, so you are reading the tank instead of trusting a printed dial.

Key features

• Digital display showing current tank temperature in real time
• Electronic control, which lets you set a target in small repeatable steps rather than by feel
• Guard around the heating element that keeps fish off the hot surface
• Slim bracket holds the unit flat against the aquarium wall
• Available in several wattages for fresh and salt water — size it to your tank volume, or ask staff

The display is a convenience rather than a second opinion; an independent thermometer at the far end of the tank is still the honest check. Keep the heater fully submerged and in moving water so the sensors read the whole tank. Compare it with the rest of the line in Fluval.
