Fluval Premium Betta Plants

These artificial plants exist for one specific reason: a betta's trailing fins tear on stiff plastic decor, and soft-touch leaves give them nothing to catch on.

Key features

• Soft, flexible leaves that move out of the way instead of snagging long finnage
• Lifelike shape and colour without the lighting, dosing and trimming that live plants ask for
• Broad leaves placed high in the tank give a betta somewhere to rest near the surface, which matters because bettas breathe air as well as using their gills
• Nothing to die back and foul the water if the tank is dimly lit

Specifications

• Four styles: Madagascar Lace and Red Lizard at 15 cm (6 in), Yellow Parrot and Water Trumpet at 20 cm (8 in)

They suit any freshwater tank, not only betta tanks, and are worth considering anywhere you keep long-finned fish such as fancy guppies. Rinse in tank water before adding. Browse the rest of the range in Plants (artificial).
