Seachem Acid Buffer

Acid Buffer is a phosphate free dry buffer that lowers pH and carbonate hardness, designed to be used as a pair with Alkaline Buffer.

Buffers are a two part system by design. Acid Buffer on its own will pull pH down but strip your buffering capacity with it, which is how tanks end up with sudden swings. Pair it with Alkaline Buffer, move in small steps over days rather than hours, and test as you go. A stable pH your fish have settled into always beats a perfect number reached in a hurry.
