Omega One Betta Buffet Pellet

A small floating pellet made specifically for bettas, built on whole fish rather than a grain-first base.

Key features

• Salmon, herring and shrimp lead the ingredients, which is closer to a betta's natural carnivorous diet than a wheat-based food.
• Pellets float, suiting a betta's upturned mouth and letting you count exactly how many go into the tank.
• Easy to spot leftovers. Uneaten pellets sitting on the substrate are the usual cause of water quality trouble in small betta tanks.
• A few pellets makes a meal. Bettas will keep eating long past the point of needing to.

Bettas are tropical fish and need heated, filtered water. No food makes up for a cold or unfiltered tank, and a warm, stable one usually improves appetite on its own. If your betta consistently refuses a firm pellet, the Betta Buffet Flakes are a softer alternative worth trying. More from the brand is in our Omega One collection.
