Nutrafin Fish Feeder

Slow-release feeder blocks that dissolve gradually in the tank, so a lightly stocked aquarium keeps eating while you are away for a few days.

Key features

• Two sizes, a 3-Day block and a 7-Day block, so you can match the block to the length of the trip.
• The block breaks down slowly instead of releasing everything at once, which avoids the water quality crash that comes from over-feeding before you leave.
• Better suited to a modest community tank than to a heavily stocked or high-demand setup.
• Healthy adult fish tolerate a short fast well, so treat a feeder block as insurance rather than a full replacement for regular feeding.

Before you travel

• Try a block while you are still home, so you can see how quickly it dissolves in your water and how the fish respond.
• Do a water change before you go, and make sure the block has not clouded the tank.

Sizes available

• 3-Day
• 7-Day
