- The stainless steel body shields the glass column and stands up to fresh or salt water.
- Clips over the tank rim, so it hangs at a fixed depth and can be lifted out and read at eye level.
- Marked in both Celsius and Fahrenheit, with a shaded comfort band for tropical fish.
- Reads more precisely than a stick-on LCD strip, which is worth having when you are medicating fish or acclimatising new arrivals.
