Marina Easy Catch Net

A net you can actually corner a fish with makes the whole job shorter, and a short chase is easier on the fish than perfect technique with the wrong net.

Key features

• Open nylon mesh moves through the water with little resistance, so the net does not push the fish ahead of it as you swing.
• The vinyl coated handle keeps its grip with wet hands.
• A wide range of hoop sizes and handle lengths — match the hoop to your largest fish and the handle to how deep you have to reach.
• Mesh grade matters if you keep small or long-finned fish: a finer weave is gentler on trailing fins and will hold fry that slip straight through a coarse net, so ask us before you choose.

Keep a second net if your fish vary a lot in size, because a big hoop is unmanageable in a nano tank and a small one is useless with a large cichlid. Rinse and air dry nets between tanks, and keep a separate one for quarantine so you are not moving anything between systems. More maintenance gear is in Accessories.
