Fluval Bug Bites Tropical Fish Food

This is the small grade of the Bug Bites Tropical formula, sized for community fish with modest mouths such as tetras, rasboras and danios.

Key features

• Black soldier fly larvae are the leading ingredient. That insect base is the whole reason the Bug Bites range exists, rather than a grain-led filler recipe.
• Granules are small enough that typical community fish can swallow them whole instead of chasing and shredding oversized pieces.
• Works as an everyday staple for a mixed tropical community tank.
• Feed a little at a time and net out anything uneaten, which keeps waste and water quality problems down.

If your fish are bigger, the Tropical Medium/Large grade is the better fit, and cichlid keepers are better served by the two Cichlid grades, which are shaped for the way cichlids take food.
