Fluval Bug Bites Colour Enhancing Medium/Large

A colour-supporting version of Bug Bites in a medium/large grade, meant to bring out pigment a fish already carries rather than to add colour it does not have.

Key features

• Insect-based like the rest of the range, with black soldier fly larvae as the leading ingredient.
• Formulated with pigment-supporting ingredients. How much difference you see depends on the fish, its genetics, your water quality and how consistently it is fed.
• Medium and large granules suit grown community fish, adult livebearers and similar sizes.
• Can be alternated with a plain staple through the week rather than replacing it outright.

This listing is the medium/large grade, so it is the wrong choice for small-mouthed fish. If that describes your tank, the Bug Bites Colour Enhancing Flakes break down far more easily. No food can guarantee a colour change, and steady water quality tends to matter as much as diet. The rest of the line is in our Fluval collection. Available for local pickup at our Lethbridge store.
