Fluval 106/107 Bio-Foam Max - 2 Pack

Two Bio-Foam Max blocks for the Fluval 106 and 107, the compact canisters where every bit of media volume counts.

Key features

• Thicker, rippled foam that combines mechanical filtration with a large bacterial bed
• Matched to the 106 and 107 baskets, with no gap for water to slip past
• The rippled face resists premature clogging, which matters more on a small canister with limited media space
• Two blocks per pack

Two Bio-Foam Max blocks.

Choosing between the foams

Bio-Foam Max and the standard Bio-Foam+ block are different parts with different shapes, so check what is currently in your filter before ordering. Bio-Foam Max for the 206/306 and 207/307, and for the 406/407, is listed separately again. On a filter this size a clogged foam block shows up as lost flow quickly, so rinse in used tank water at each service and replace only when the foam has gone slack.
