We do not take backorders on live fish, invertebrates or plants. Livestock arrives on the shipping schedule our suppliers and the weather allow, so we will not promise a date we cannot keep.
What is in the tanks changes from week to week. Ask us and we will tell you what is in and what is coming, or check back shortly. Visit us or get in touch.

The clown tang (Acanthurus lineatus) is a striking Indo-Pacific surgeonfish, striped horizontally in yellow, blue and black over a pale belly. It is also one of the harder tangs kept in home aquariums: fast, powerful and genuinely aggressive as it matures. We would rather set expectations honestly than have one take a stocked display apart.
Aquarium care
- Grows large, well over 25 cm, and needs a very big aquarium with high flow.
- Becomes markedly territorial with age, particularly toward other tangs.
- A grazing herbivore that needs dried marine algae or nori supplied consistently.
- Prone to marine ich and to stress-related problems during and after shipping.
- Best added last, once other stock has settled in.
- It does not eat corals, but it can bully almost anything else.
This is a fish for an experienced marine keeper with a large mature system and robust tankmates. It is not appropriate for a small reef, a peaceful community, or a first marine tank. Talk to our staff about tank size before committing to one.
Stock rotates with each shipment, and livestock is available for local pickup at our Lethbridge store. Browse the saltwater fish collection.
